Randy Reese

Owner/Recruiter

Randy started Pinnacle Recruiting Group, Inc. in 2001 after working as a Sr. Recruiter for Ajilon Financial Staffing from 1996-2001. Prior, Randy worked for the nation's top 2 Physician Staffing companies, CompHealth and Staffcare from 1993 to 1996. Randy graduated with a BS in Finance from Texas Tech University and is working towards his MBA from Utah State University.


Tony Lamarra

Recruiter

Tony joined Pinnacle Recruiting Group, Inc. in January of 2006. Tony has worked for a number of years as a Field Biologist for an ecosystems company as well as a personal fitness trainer. Tony has a BS in Political Science from Utah State University.


Rod Masuda

IT Recruiter

Rod joined Pinnacle Recruiting Group, Inc. in February of 2007. Rod brings over 13 years of staffing industry experience, and was most recently the Director of Business Development for Staff Care, the second largest Physician Staffing firm in the U.S. He also has worked for CompHealth, the nation’s number one Physician Staffing firm in the U.S. over 8 years, and for 3 years with Management Recruiters Inc., the largest professional staffing firm in the U.S. In addition to his staffing industry experience, Rod has also spent several years working for web technology and Microsoft certification companies. Rod has a BA degree from the University of North Carolina.
